10月30日 Graveyard...==Yesterday I was really impressed by a walking trip called “spirit walk”….I haven’t expected that’s really “spirit”.-----dead people …The trip began in a Graveyard . that’s my first time stepped on a grave….stayed there for about half an hour… and I finally find that ..winter is coming. Americans don’t care if there are some quietude neighbors around ….Their graveyard is less than 300 feet from the downtown .
Ps..new discover....people who are really fat is not white , is black...Some black women , I really show respect for them....how can they reach the point that "keep fat" and still have the figure of "S" (da jia xiang xiang yi xia hei ren ban "furong jiejie") 10月26日 oregon tripI missed 6 days of school because of this trip....but it's really relaxing.
It's more like a vacation than a wedding. Oregon is in the north-west of America , so that may be the nearest distance for Shanghai and I this year. I wrote some characters on the beach..."the Pacific Ocean is our distance" actually not that bad...I 'm not that homesick...just a little bit missing...
 I took a lot of pitures there, one is about dead jellyfish. ....when the tide goes down , there are a lot of dead bodies of jellyfish, and "heng shi bian ye " suddenly came to my mind.
I met 3 people who had been in China before .And the conversation , although maybe meaningless at all, make some sense to me . One guy , who have been there for 3months for work , in Xi'an Province .He asked a lot about China's future problem.
And I suddenly find that that's a lot of typical idea about china now.A lot of foreigners view this country as an amazing development . They concern about farm problem and youth's tender to receive other culture than traditional things . ...they concern more than we ourselves do. quite sad ....and the real attitude they have is "we 'll see what happen next"......that is to say , none of their business , but they'd like to tease.
Well , that's only my feeling... 10月11日 too lazy guyI know I 'm a little bit lazy...two weeks past and I haven't written a word . But there are a lot of fun things happen these days .
Ok..first the church lockin day. All the group of students went to church at 5 o'clock and began to painting on the wall ----our own wall . it's pretty cool ...(my idea
 of the trunk) And we made 8 pizzas for 15 people . And then , we watched movies at mid night , it's a Japanese movie , moving castle . The next day I went to the YFU orientation. It's nice to meet students from all over the world there. Yemem, German, Pakistan,Thailand , France . I decide not to go to New York trip with them , because the time is too rush. Like 2 days,they may go to centry park , Chinatown, Little Italy . ...I 'd rather go there myself and visit Uncle Chen there! The English class is now dealing with <the scarlet letter> (hong zi ) It's such a gloomy book . Everybody hates it ...But I still need to work on it .
Today something embrass happen in my history class ----or otherwise I shall say "tong bing kuai le zhe " . Ok...the beginning is like , I have two friends I know well , Deborah and Kathy . And there is also a Chinese students in this class called Yang. When Mr .D told us to form a 3-people group . Deborah and Kathy waved to me and called my name exitedly...So I went their side . But soon after ,Yang and his America friend called me . "come on ..." Well....I can only politely reject them.
 Then....abruptly ...I heard "wo ai ni ,come on Dora.." That's such a shock ==||| This is the first time I hear this phrase ...and it come out from an America who just learn it ...I guess he even doesn't know the meaning . ...my godness. ==|||Ps : I earned $30 from Babysitting...yeah.... |
